Chicken Bacon Alfredo Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 315 grams of all purpose flour
    • 120 ml Olive oil
    • 1 tbsp minced Garlic (9g)
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh Thyme (4g)
    • ¼ teaspoon Maple syrup (1.3ml)
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary (4g)
    • ½ teaspoon Black pepper and sea salt each
    • 2 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast (3g)
    • 235 ml warm water


    Instructions

    1. Mix olive oil with thyme, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper
    2. Add 1 cup of flour with ¼ of infused oil, yeast, and maple syrup – mix it well
    3. Let it sit for 10 minutes
    4. Add remaining flour and knead it for 15 minutes
    5. Transfer dough to a large oiled pan, spread the dough with your fingers and poke it all over creating indent
    6. Pour warm water over, cover with cloth and let it sit in a warm spot for 1 hour
    7. Remove cloth and pour remaining olive oil mixture on top, brush it or make sure it’s spread.
    8. Bake it in a preheated oven at 400F for about 20 minutes. Make sure to rotate half way through


    Blanch fettuccine (20g per person)
    In a large pot, blanch fettuccine in a boiling lightly salted water. Make sure to stir noodles constantly specially right in the beginning so the noodles don’t stick to the bottom.
    When done, strain it and add to the sauce. If your sauce is not ready yet, add some olive oil to the noodles and set them aside.

    Sauce
    Ingredients

    • ¼  Cup Butter  (57g)
    • 200g Bacon
    • 700g Chicken thighs diced
    • 1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (90ml)
    • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced (8g)
    • 5oz White wine
    • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    • 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped fine (60g)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese 200g


    Instructions

    1. Heat up butter in a large saucepan
    2. Add seasoned chicken and bacon. Cook a medium temperature till bacon is golden and chicken is done
    3. Add onions, cook till soft
    4. Add garlic, cook till golden
    5. Add white wine, reduce it by half
    6. Add cream, Italian seasoning, fresh thyme.
    7. Add parmesan and season to taste


    Note: you can add your noodles to the pot and mix pasta in, or plate the noodles on plate, and pour sauce over.
